    Forever21, WetSeal, Alloy.com (click on SHOP), FashionBug.com, GoJane.com, Plato’s Closet (platoscloset.com), Marshall’s, Ross, Mervyn’s, Delia’s, Old Navy, TJMaxx (a bit more for adults, but you never know), Target, and I’m sure I’ve forgotten some…I’m not sure what your definition of “cute” is…I guess if you’re into brand names then just go to Clearance or Sales for stores like Abercrombie, Hollister, and AmericanEagle. Aeropostale is pretty cheap, but I don’t really like their stuff, (it’s up to you though). Plato’s Closet carries Abercrombie, AE, Hollister, Guess, GAP, OldNavy, Banana Republic, and LOTS more, (it’ll tell you on their website!). *Good Luck*

    Aeropostale! They have THE BEST sales and their clothes look just like American Eagle’s (I think).

    So does Charlottle Russe. They have dot sales so every clothing with a dot is marked off a specific percentage.

    Rave,Wet Seal, Papaya, Forever 21, Old Navy, American Eagle also have great sales all the time.

    The possiblities are endless. If you go to the clothes stores in the mall, your bound to find great deals in LOTS of places. Just dig through those sale racks! It takes time and patience but in the end I think you’ll be shocked at how cheap the mall can be.

    Discount Stores like TJ Maxx, Ross and Bealls have sales DAILY. Basically stores and name brands ship all their clothes that aren’t selling fast enough to them.

    Look for Outlets. Any store with “outlet”=CHEAP! If your really into the name brand stuff go online and look up specific store outlets. Abercrombie & Fitch, Lacoste, Coach and Gucci have a bunch of outlets. (at least where I live)

    Shockingly, Thrift Stores and Goodwill (yes Goodwill) have lots of cool vintage dresses and shirts if you look hard enough. Classis looks are back (ballet flats, skinny jeans, turtle necks) so don’t be afraid to shop there.

    For like 130 walked out with ton for that long there was just so many other stuff cant remember all cute and have stores which you can go to their store for like shirts dress.

    You can try Forever 21, Papaya, Wet Seal, Pacsun, Aeropostale, Rave, and Charlotte Russe.
